Innov8 Labs recently hosted a two-day onboarding and technical training conducted by IBM Malaysia, aimed at empowering both the JSY Application Team and Innov8’s AI Engineering Team with hands-on knowledge of watsonX Orchestrate and watsonX.ai. The training took place on 25-26 November 2025 at the Innov8 Labs’ Training Room.

This session is part of Innov8’s ongoing efforts to strengthen internal capabilities in artificial intelligence and workflow automation. During the training, IBM specialists provided an end-to-end introduction to watsonX.ai, demonstrating how to build and operationalize AI models effectively. Participants also explored watsonX Orchestrate, gaining practical insights on automating business processes and integrating workflows. The sessions covered best practices for model deployment, prompt engineering, and workflow integration, complemented by interactive exercises to familiarise teams with the IBM Cloud environment. Throughout the two days, participants engaged in lively Q&A discussions on real-world applications and explored ways to customise solutions for upcoming projects.

The hands-on training enabled both teams to gain a deeper understanding of how watsonX technologies can support Innov8’s current and future initiatives, particularly in AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation.
